Stair Design: Closed stringer, open rise staircase

Timber Species: Treated Pine

Balustrade Style: square timber posts, 88mm pencil round handrail, horizontal stainless cable

Specific Features: This old external staircase at Bonnet Bay was falling apart and becoming rather dangerous. The new staircase had to be in the same position as the old staircase but the style was completely different. The owner also asked us to re-new the landing leading from the staircase to the front door so it would match the new timber stair. Stainless steel cables were used as the balustrade which the owners were very pleased with
